Private group Sound Bath Session I offer mobile sound bath sessions and can travel to your location. A group sound bath session is a shared healing experience where participants immerse themselves in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, ethnic instruments, guitar and sacred vocal sounds. The session creates a deeply meditative atmosphere, allowing each person to release tension, balance energy, and restore inner harmony. During the session, participants lie down comfortably on mats or sit in a relaxed position while the sounds and frequencies guide them into a state of deep relaxation. The vibrations help clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and enhance overall well-being. Group sessions are perfect for those seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or a collective meditative experience. They can be customized for special occasions such as full moon gatherings, chakra alignment, retreats, birthdays, and private events.
