Sebastián Montoya Vega

Spiritual Teacher • Artist • Curandero • Cultural Ambassador
Born in Lima, Peru in 1992, Sebastián Montoya Vega is a descendant of the Quechua, Amazonian, and Aymara peoples. He is a spiritual teacher, artist, and curandero (practitioner of traditional healing arts), as well as a Lakota Sun Dancer and a devoted ambassador of indigenous traditions.
Deeply committed to cultural preservation and education, Sebastián is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education at California Lutheran University. For the past seven years, he has walked the Red Road — the path of Native American spirituality — under the guidance of respected elders and wisdom keepers across the Americas. His journey has included numerous rites of passage and ceremonial initiations, including participation in Sun Dance ceremonies.
